Not really a press-fit BB, this instead slides in and screws tight. Using o-rings to take up the space won't be very durable and you would NOT want to put this into a nice carbon racing frame. For light applications like a town bike that needs a new BB for a 41mm shell, this will do the trick. I have no evidence for how durable this will be, but it will likely quickly get a little wobbly as the o-rings wear out and the threaded junction inevitably loosens. A good example of getting what you pay for. Tight tolerances are expensive, and this is neither. But it looks nice and for what it is, is priced well.If you don't have a press, and you're looking for an easy and cheap short-term fix for a press-fit BB, this will do.
