Everything is good with the adaptor but i had to go buy a 6 inch 3/8 all thread and 2 nuts and big washers to install it cus the bolts werent long enough to reach till ¾ way installed.

Diameter a little too large so needed filed to fit. Wished I checked threads before I installed. Drive side had wrong threads. Ended up buying $30 unit and it fit like aglove

I got these to update an old free spirit bike and I ended up having to trim a section on these adapters. Nothing to crazy that it's unsafe but more than someone would want to do without power tools. Other than that it works great, I got all the screws through, a new bb in, and there's no creaks.
