All of the bolts I received had obvious small dings on the threads. I decided to test a few of them by threading them into the block by hand. Most of them could not be threaded more than a few threads before getting stuck. I didn't want to risk damaging my block or throwing off the torque readings so I returned them and purchased the Fel Pro bolts instead. The Fel Pro bolts arrived with perfect threads and did not have the same issue. Both sets of bolts were packaged loosely in a box and were free to rattle around. Not sure if that may have caused the damage to these bolts but the Fel Pro bolts didn't seem to suffer from the packaging.
