Fit my 1999 Nissan Pathfinder SE - only issue is that the gasket was a slightly different shape than my transmission pan (one of the corners was cut differently than the cut of the pan). However, all the bolt holes were in the correct place, the gasket width matched perfectly, and the gasket installed fine. The filter and o-ring had no issues and installed fine. Overall, no problems. Would order again.
