installed to support middle part of a twin bed, attaching the plates around the iron bar in between; the plates bent in two days; I wouldn't recommend it.

Once I realized that the support leg under my bed frame was not doing so well I couldn't stop thinking about it. I am super happy I found this. It gives two options to install, I used the non-drill option (pictured) and it was pretty easy and held on well. I adjusted it to the correct height- easy peasy. It added support and stability to the bed that I can feel. BE SURE to measure the height you need and select the correct one! As long as you do that, this will work great!
