I think this Bed Table Tray with Folding Legs - Breakfast Tray Wood Bed Tray for Sofa, Bed tray overall is just okay. I got it for when I sit on the sofa at night and do my crafting stuff. I needed something to put some beads, rhinestones, etc., on and this works perfectly for that so they don't fall all over.It fits nicely over my legs without being tight. I am 5'1" tall. I feel like if you are a bigger sized person you won't have a lot of room or this may not work as well over your legs.I absolutely love the black color, it is modern and sleek looking. Handles make this very easy to carry, it is lightweight and the fact that it is made of bamboo is extremely nice material versus manufactured wood.The reason I took off one star was due to many rough spots along the tray and handles. I had to get my small sanding pad out and sand especially around the handles. The top is not very smooth either and has a lot of roughness to it. It works perfectly for my needs and happy to be using it. Thank you.

This product "functions" absolutely 100% for use as a wood bed/couch tray for eating as described.It is VERY lightweight, and the wood is very "thin" and have my "doubts" that it is 100% REAL bamboo wood. (It MAY be bamboo, but it certainly does NOT have the "feel" of ANY other bamboo products I have in my house, of which I have dozens.) The tray "surface" is a little small but does fit a small meal "setup" and IS 100% the size as described. The legs fold out "smoothly" and easily IMO and DO hold the tray up well during use so I have no "issues" with the functionality of this product as it does what it says IMO.I think the finish is adequate as I did not notice any obvious "imperfections" that other reviewers mentioned. The one I received was put together correctly and had a decent finish IMO.My issue with this product is that it is OBVIOUSLY made of VERY thin wood. (While I mentioned MY OPINION is that I doubt it is 100% REAL Bamboo wood (opinion only I do not KNOW this isn't.) it IS made of REAL wood of some type IMO.) The thinness of the wood just makes it "feel cheap" and this is definitely NOT a product that you pick up and "think quality". (Regardless of this "feel", I WILL SAY that this product DOES FUNCTION 100% as described.)At the time of review for this product it is "on sale" for under $24 which is "within a WIDE range" of prices for trays like this. If this WASN'T painted black and IF it IS 100% bamboo, the natural bamboo finish was shown, I would be able to "forgive/overlook" the thinness of the wood of this product, but as it IS painted and I "doubt" that it actually is 100% REAL bamboo I am giving this, 3 stars. It is a 100% "functional" product that is made of VERY thin wood that simply "feels cheap" IMO. Overall, I cannot "recommend" this product because of this. HOWEVER! If you are actually LOOKING FOR a LIGHTWEIGHT bed/couch tray that IS FUNCTIONAL, this could definitely work for you 100%.

The main tray surface is super thin at 1/8", which flexes slightly within the frame side rails when placing items on the tray and moving them around, making a frequent cheap sounding thin or hollow, noticeable medium-loud knocking/flexing sound.The rest of the tray table parts have adequate to excess thickness. The frame side rails are over 1/2" thick and the extendable legs are just over 3/8" with cross support braces around 1/4" thick. The tray surface needs to be thicker, at least a 1/4" thick or more, and the side rail frames of the table could be thinner without creating problems, to end up using the same amount of material overall.The smoothness of the bamboo wood was inconsistent with frequent noticeable rough spots across all the side rails and leg surfaces, including the hand hold cutouts - enough that they are noticeable with every use and movement of the tray.The black paint is also inconsistent across the entire tray table / side rails / legs, showing as lighter areas of black and even gray across the black finish.Beyond the annoying thin tray surface noises, the tray table is quite stable when supported on its fold-out legs. Interior dimensions of the usable tray surface are 18.25" x 10.75"

This Bed Table Tray with Folding Legs is very nice. The paint and finish is excellent. The legs fold in and up easily. It also sits nicely on a counter, on a bed, and on the couch.I am 5' 8" and 165lbs. I don't have large legs. This tray fits over my legs while on the couch and when lying in bed. However, it may not fit well over someone much larger than myself. I placed a dollar bill next to the legs (see photo #3) so you can get an idea of the leg clearance.It worked perfectly for me, and I am very happy with this tray.

0 out of 5 stars.The tray showed up water damaged and moldy. Covered in black mold. Its made with poor quality fake wood that absorbes water or any liquid on it. It is very frail and if it hadn't been moldy, I don't imagine it would have survived our toddler for very long. Definitely not worth the while.

I got this so I could treat my wife to a breakfast in bed once in a while. It is a perfect size for a plate, small bowl, cutlery and a tea/coffee mug. The legs are just the right height for using while sitting up in bed. The legs fold up and tuck in out of the way to use just as a normal tray. So it's great as a double duty unit. The wood design looks good as well.Nice tray and recommended.

This tray table fits my Macbook and is tall enough that I can comfortably put my legs underneath it. I love it for working in bed and there's space to hold a drink and snack at the side too. The legs fold up so it's easy to store away and you can even just use it as a normal tray when the legs are folded. Love it!
