I have used this once so I haven't put it through its paces yet. It is a good concept as I can't cut a straight line in pasta noodles to save my life. This pasta roller/cutter is supposed to help with that. I think it takes a lot of pressure to use this effectively. If it was made of metal it would be even more effective.It also makes a good play dough cutter or pattern maker and at the very least, displayed with other kitchen tools will make you look like a serious cook!😊

Ordered a few different sizes for my wife for Christmas. It is great at marking the lines to cut the pasta, but it DOES NOT CUT THE PASTS DOUGH. She is getting by with a pizza wheel to finish the job while I look for something that actually works!

* It’s made of wood.* The “cutting” edges are ~1/16” wide flat surfaces and do not cut, they smash the dough.* Being made of wood, the dough sticks to it.* These points hit me in the first 5 seconds of use. Said another way, the product made me feel like an idiot in 5 seconds.
