This is a very nice sketchbook with good quality paper, packaged suitably for a gift. However, when I ordered, I didn’t realize that the pages are perforated. I was surprised and disappointed. Nice book, but I won’t order again.

I purchased this as a gift for my granddaughter. The book was is nicely packaged. The rose color is pretty. If you buying a gift or for yourself it’s a great sketch book. I cannot attest to how the paper draws, paints, etc.

I use this as a journal and love it. It’s very large, I didn’t check dimensions beforehand, but the pages are very nice quality and thickness. I’ll be able to use this for years.

I have purchased Beechmore's lined journals before, and I've always found them to be a pleasure. However, I only recently discovered that they also make sketchbooks. I have purchased quite a few sketchbooks over the years (from well known brands to lesser known), and so far, these are the best. They feel very premium, and it's clear great care goes into these. The packaging is wonderful, the sellers provide great customer service, and the books themselves are so wonderful feeling you just want to work in them. Highly recommend!

Paper is great for this price point! And, it's not bright white! You can use paint on this sketchbook. It doesn't bleed through and the paper stays 'fairly' flat after drying.

I LOVE this sketchbook! I’m so glad I spent the extra time looking in Amazon until I stumbled on this one! The attention to detail and craftsmanship is amazing. Very well made, even the packaging is luxurious! This is such an amazing gift. I want to look at this company’s other books bc I’m sure they are all amazing. The paper is an excellent weight and just the perfect amount of smooth slight texture I want. The thickness is perfect for me. The pages have option to rip out easily without destroying the book bc it had a perforation you can barely see. It even has a pocket in the back that’s well made to put things in if you need to, like notes or something. The bookmark ribbon and closing strap is such a nice touch. The texture of the cover is really nice too.When I did my first sketch. The pages took the pencil lead really well WITHOUT leaving behind a mess or “stain” or “imprint” if I needed to erase. It cleans up really well.

These books are perfect for the daily sketcher. I'm on my second book now and I can't imagine using anything else.The paper is thick and smooth and perfect for pen and ink and pencil. The pages are perforated if you need to remove a page but the perforation is very fine and almost unnoticeable.Micron brush pens will bleed through but I think this is more an issue with brush pens than this book.For the quality and number of pages these books are a fantastic buy. Would make a lovely gift too since they come in a presentation box.
