Comfy material, medium support. Love the pouch for hot/ cold packs to relieve backache. 4 stars because it is pricey.

I wish I’d had this for my first two pregnancies. It doubles or triples the time I can comfortably stay on my feet. Very comfortable. Pricey but worth it. I sized up and am glad I did.

If you are carrying multiples, you MUST get this belly band. It's expensive, but worth every single penny. I'm currently 7 months pregnant with twins. This band keeps my electric right-side round ligament pain away, and helps keep my long "get off your feet" evening contractions at bay. I'm usually a size Medium in pants, a size 8/10 dress size, so ordered a Black Large-sized band at about 5 months along. *I recommend sizing up!! This band carried me up until exactly 28 weeks, when I started noticing the velcro not sticking very well (specifically the female non-scratchy side.. it looked like it was combed out with no more fluff for the velcro to grab onto, which makes sense given the daily usage.) In a panic (if you've ever had round ligament pain, you can relate!!), I ordered the White XLarge-size. Note: If you're a singleton Mama, this band may last you longer than what I have experienced. With multiples, our tummies grow double-fast, so once the weight started packing on it was time for an upsize and new band.I wanted to test the efficacy of the velcro on the white compared with the black, due to another highly-rated review stating the white was lower quality. So, drumroll.. It's great and equally as awesome as the black. Both are sticky, both relieve pain, and both hold up this gigantic tummy carrying two babies. A double thumbs up. Pros of the black: I found wearing the band over black maternity yoga pants (Ingrid & Isabel from Target make nice capris) feels very comfortable. And the black band blends right into the pants, which is nice. Pros of the white: If you wear a light colored, thinner fabric dress or top, white would be less visible. But when you hit the third trimester, it's really tomatos tomahtos. Before my belly got large and I could fully appreciate this band, I tried the AZMED Maternity Belt. This $25 band is great for early on when belly weight is minimal. Huge pro here is that it's nude. The AZMED band itself is thinner also, so it doesn't have the band-ridge along your back, like the Belly Bandit. It's not a deal breaker, but the Belly Bandit is pretty obvious under a thinner-fabric dress, especially when you get larger and those once-flowy maxi dresses start becoming a little more body-hugging. ; ) I try to go back and wear my flowy dresses wearing the nude AZMED, but always ALWAYS end up getting terrible round ligament pains and contractions after an hour or so. Where, the Belly Bandit keeps me supported all afternoon. Comfort over discreet fashion at this point. I tell ya, Belly Bandit is the way to go! It's a blessing!!

J'ai testé 3 ceintures de grossesse. C'est celle-ci la meilleure. Elle apporte un vrai soutien et épouse parfaitement la forme corporelle. Le tissu fait avec la matière naturelle est très doux au toucher. Je la recommande fortement.

I tried this maternity support on in person a couple weeks ago but did not purchase because I thought it was too pricey. After trying on others that didn't feel the same, and even purchasing one from Babies R Us then returning it {too hot, too many pieces, too complicated}, I returned to the store and found out the Mediums were backordered *tear*. I came to Amazon and grabbed a medium, and received my package in less than 1 week. The packaging was not good. It arrived squashed and the band was outside the box but inside the shipping envelope. I'm desperate so I kept it and LOVE THIS THING!!CONS:~ Price, but ultimately I'm finding that it's worth it.~ I've heard from shorter women that it's hard to sit in. I am 6'1" and have no issue wearing it to stand or sit. I just make sure it's adjusted at the base of my stomach and not on my bladder.PROS:~ soft, no pain points~ breathable, not hot~ adjustable, no noticable Velcro part, entire band is part of Velcro fastener~ immediate relief. My ankles haven't swollen since I put this thing on! a-fricken-mazing. my back is not hurting, my stomach doesn't feel like it's pulling down at the top. I'm 32 weeks 1 day and baby is 3lbs 9oz if you're curious.~ reversible. I haven't needed to reverse it just yet, but I do have a c-section planned and will happily use it to ease the discomfort and hold my belly parts in when necessaryI haven't used the hot/cold pack yet either but it's a great idea. I did stick my cell phone in there last night with great success though so I'm thinking that'll be an awesome kangaroo pounch for "stuff" when baby gets here LOL!Update 5/30/12:I've washed it since and it washes well. The weather has heated up into the 90s and it's comfortable but does add a bit of warmth around the mid section {as I suspect they all do}. It's definitely breathable and absorbent though. Lastly I had another shorter friend {5 foot 1 inch} say this didn't work for her. I always wear mine high on my back and like a sling under my navel so it's not on my bladder and I can sit down, but remember I'm 6 foot 1 inch tall. Hope that helps!
