This is a great idea, good size and thickness, soft to touch. The problem: barely any adhesive. We put this on the band of hubby's leather hat and it came off almost immediately. It might do better on different materials, but leather and fabric are not on the list. We're going to try fabric glue. Hopefully it'll work, but defeats the purpose of these.

If you are a serious hat wearer, not baseball caps, these are essential for the right fit. Fedoras or cowboy styles will come S, M, L, Xl…some come in metrics or inches. They will still require adjustment to fit your head perfectly. It requires experimentation to determine whether you meed one in the back, or one on each side. They have a mild adhesive do they don’t slip out. But you can move them or take them out without damaging your hat.

I bought to help my son and brothers hats fit for our wedding. We didn’t use them, but my husband tried a few for another of his hats and they do work. They stick well, and do help with fit.
