I could not find a brand or model no. or anything on my gas fireplace, and the blower fan needed replaced. This one works amazing and fit well. It pushes air through way better than what was in my fireplace. We had it completely installed and put all back together in about 20 minutes. Great quality and quick to install. Would order again.
