I used this product for my trx 4 and it works flawlessly. Overall it is a very strong servo, and when the car is turned on you cannot move the tires at all which is very good.

I bought this servo for my 9 year old In 2021, while it's not the most powerful servo it has been extremely reliable. Still works as good today (2024) as it did 3 years ago. I'm not one for writing reviews but while my son was driving his scx10 around in the back yard it made me want to go back and see when we purchased it. If this servo is as much as you can swing then by all means its worth it. I do have several comp rigs and top brand servos (NSDRC, reefs, shiftrc, etc) so I've been around a few of the better quality ones. My son comps with it and it's held up extremely well.Update 6/10/24 servo finally died. Absolutely got my money's worth. 9/08/21 - 6/10/24 time to order the 70kg betu version and see if that holds up like the 45kg did.

I bought this and another 45kg and this one is more sturdy, smooth, more quiet. It is a bit taller though. Wish I had bought two of these!

This servo did everything my Reefs Triple 4 did and costs less than half the Reefs. This servo has gone through water, mud, sand, dirt, almost anything you can think of (except salt water). It has held up to getting in and out of binds. It has plenty of torque and speed to perform great with any crawler (and maybe other RC categories).

Pretty much as advertised. It is moderately high speed, moderately high power servo that fits 1/10 RCs. The value for money is excellent, but many reviewers state that they received broken product.Mine works great. It is on an 8th scale buggy and it never struggles to steer adequately. The servo has metal gears that produce a very high pitched metallic noise while in motion. It's actually kinda neat, very unique!If you want to buy it, make sure you test it under load during the return window!

Initial tests are rather impressive. Installed now in the Element Enduro Knightrunner (aka scale tacoma). Tons better than stock servo or traxxas TRX4 upgrade servo. Much less costly than brand name servo so thought I would try it. Impressed so far.The fancy aluminum servo horn was useless to me because nearest hole for linkage too far out. Throws entire steering out of wack.Waterproofing was questionable because circuit board isn't coated, just a little piece of kapton tape. Case has seals if not a bit small but if machining tolerances of the case are even decent, should be fine. Grommet for wires siliconed in. So I coated the circuit board with the urethane based coating and resealed the grommet with silicone. Removed 1 star after finding board not coated.Will report back after some use, if servo proves itself on the trails like it is in testing, will be well worth every penny.

Long time hobbyist, best Amazon servo available at present, outperforms and outlast all the other 25 and 35Kg Asian servos. Have several of these and all continue to work as described, mostly used at high voltage.

I installed this on my Element Gatekeeper after reading all of the positive reviews. I really didn't notice any increased torque compared to the rtr servo (13kg), which was pretty disappointing, but I decided that since it was faster than the rtr servo I would run it anyway. The servo has some sort of glitch that occurs where it will just randomly turn extremely quickly and bounce back to center. This makes it very hard to control and it happens often enough that it is definitely an issue. I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.
