The lumbar support pillow relieves pain in the lower back area with targeted heat application. It's great to use while working at home or in the office. The heated cushion is machine washable. Please refer to the user manual for washing instructions. Just before using the Microplush Heated Pillow, set it to the highest temperature setting (setting 6). This will cause the Microplush Heated Pillow to warm up quickly. When using the Microplush Heated Pillow for several hours, set it to the lowest temperature setting (setting 1). The Microplush Heated Pillow switches itself off automatically after about 120 minutes. The heat indicator light then starts to flash. Then select the setting 0 and after about 5 seconds, reset the Microplush Heated Pillow to the desired temperature setting to switch it on again.

I use this as a lumbar pillow and it gives my back a lot of relief. Perfect size and firmness. Heats up quickly and the 6 temperature settings give nice control. Shuts off after 2 hours. Highly recommend.

Pillow works. Is soft. Works well for lumbar pain and neck pain. Gets really hot.Zipper will not stay shut. Design flaw. Worth it? Ehhh, the zipper thing is really annoying and you could technically just buy a cheap heating pad and sit against a pillow 🤷♀️

I was initially impressed. This seemed like a great purchase. BUT...not even 2 months and it has quit working. Returning it.It has 6 levels of heat and heats up quickly. I like that the light flashes when it auto shuts down, so I can restart it without having to wait till I notice it cooling off. The covering is super soft and I like the shape and size. Huge improvement over my old crackling plastic pad that was forever slipping out of it's cover! Very long cord as well.

Use it at the office for my chair, I absolutely love this pillow. It gets pretty warm and has 6 adjustments.Super cozy and comfy and supports lumbar.
