I had some Magura MT5 brakes that I needed to replace the brake line on. I couldn't reuse the original banjo fitting that came on the brake line since it was crimped so I ordered these banjo fittings. They were very easy to install and the black coating matches the caliper color very well. These fittings can be attached without a crimping device and instead have threads that screw in. This makes it way easier to attach without specialized tools. I decided to put a tiny bit of blue locktite on the fitting threads to make sure they don't come out.After I got everything hooked up, I bled the brakes and they seem to hold pressure well. Once I sealed up the system, I applied a decent amount of pressure to the brakes and did not observe any leaking from this fitting. I've been using it for a few days now and haven't had any issues at all.Overall this is a good Magura banjo fitting. It worked great on my Magura MT5 for replacing the brake line and I have not seen any leaks so far. The threaded design of this fitting is a lot more user friendly than the factory crimp version. I highly recommend this if you need to replace the brake lines on your magura brakes.
