This springer fork is as advertised. It looks good and works well enough for normal cruising around. It is not an exact Schwinn replacement. The Schwinn bearing cones and cups do not fit exactly, especially the bottom. I think it would be good if this company offered the bearing cone nuts that will fit this fork and the head unit on Schwinns. Also, newer Schwinns and original Chicago Schwinns are not the same either. For the price, it is much more affordable than trying to find a fairly decent orginal Schwinn and pay a lot more money.
