very sturdy and works great. my only complaint is that its a bit difficult opening the lid and putting it together/taking it apart. I have pinched my rat's fingers once (he's okay) trying to open it and the lid slipping and closing back up.

The top of this carrier is way too difficult to close especially while you have a stressed pet inside. It didn’t attach well when empty eitherNice size and idea but needs a better lid

It was a bit smaller than I pictured. Although, my mind isn't great at sizing objects, I suppose.Snapping the top onto the bottom was surprisingly more of a pain than I imagined. I almost wondered if it was defective, then wondered if I was going to break it while getting it snapped into place. Thankfully though, I got everything into place just fine.Seems fairly sturdy. But not really that strong. It's plastic, but not a cat/dog crate sturdy plastic. Thinner, more fragile. The type that breaks, not bends. So don't put anything that is too heavy, or angry, in here or else I think it may be able to break free.

One of the latches were broken when it came & they just threw it in the carrier. Took me about 20mins to get it one because the sides werent fitting correctly & it kept popping out once id get another side in. Too much of a hassle but it will do for when i clean my hamsters cage

The first one I got was broken, it looked used like there may have been some feces in it left over from a return. I ordered a free replacement. It came quick and was not broken. It looks like it could have been used previously, there’s some scratches and scuffs on the underside of the lid shown in pictures. Other than that it is fine. It works how it is intended. The design is not the best, it is difficult to put together but seems to be okay for now. It is decently deep to put some bedding inside and a good size for rats. It would be too small for a Guinea pig (uncomfortably small) or a bunny. I recommend as a simple travel carrier, not for long term travel etc. Yes it works, yes it is a good size and yes I recommend overall.

I love this tote!!! It’s perfect for any small animal. I took my Sunbeam snake to the vet in it. I also took my Chameleon to the vet in it. I put some moist substrate in and all was well. Easy to get the animals in and out. Easy to assemble and clean. Very easy to open and close. Lightweight and durable. Easy view from all angles with a nice large clear view from the top. Overall, this is a fantastic value for the money!!

My Hampster and gerbils love it. I bought it to take them over to my dad's house. It fits my gerbils little hide out, a food, dish and some water. The only things I didn't like was how hard the latch.it to open and how there wasn't a water bottle place for the animal. You actually have to make your own or put a water bowl inside but I don't like doing that because then I would spill so I just heated up a small metal chopstick and burned a hole where I wanted the water to go. And it works great!!
