The size of the fake one is 17 X 35 (the one which I received)I had earlier the original Big Hippo which was bigger in size and better quality

I purchased this pillow based on a published recommendation from someone who always takes it on airplane trips. (I don't recall where I saw this, not on Amazon.) I haven't tried it yet on a plane. It provides good lumbar support on my couch, support that I need to help with sciatica. It's a bit smaller than I pictured. I'm 5'1" tall, and the width and height work well for me. A bigger person might find it just too tiny. It does not support the middle or upper back. Also I find that my body feels stiff after leaning against this firm memory foam cushion for a while. I alternate it with a taller but thinner back rest I already owned.

I would call this false advertising, pillow it is, but shape is nothing like pictures show. Shape is simple rectangular pillow.People may be ok with it, but I expect something I Saw on pictures

I bought two of them as I really liked it.This one is not big and perfect size for me so that I can easily use it everywhere.It helps my lower back as I sleep. Great support.It helps on the airplane seat. I must make sure I don't forget my pillow when I get off the airplane!Good buy!

I needed a small "pillow" that I could tuck behind a large heating pad to help it press against my back in a specific spot. The problem with most of these "pillows" is that they are so thick that they make you sit in a really uncomfortable position if you try to use them for that purpose. This worked PERFECTLY for that purpose. To make it even better, the heat doesn't bother it or make the pillow smell weird. VERY happy with it.

I use this for driving. The pillow adjust to the shape of the lower back after a while. It helps with lower back pains. But it would be more comfy if it was bigger to support more space on my back.

It is nice feeling, but didn't help me with the back support I needed. It seats in the car seat where your bum and back meet...not the best place if you need a lower back pillow for support.

This did nothing for my back pain while driving. While it is soft and cushion-y, there is no support for the upper back so you end up with an awkward/ uncomfortable driving posture. I will not use this again.
