I was happy with the quality of these bushings for what I paid for them. I purchased them for a Mastercraft router and they fit the base for this brand of router. I did find that some of the bushings fit a little tighter than some of the others. They had to be pushed in with some force. I lightly ran the edge of the tighter bushings around on my belt sander and now they fit perfect. It didn’t take much. I still gave them five stars because there is no guarantee that the more expensive ones would be any better. It could be my base bushing recess is a little smaller than other brands of routers. I would recommend these bushings.

Purchased this item to make use of an old dovetail jig that was lying around. These brass inserts fit my Ridgid router base just fine.

They fit my DeWalt DWP611PK plunge router perfectly. I made templates with a jigsaw them affixed them to wood planks. Using the bushings I was able to cut out my templates in just a few minutes allowing for easy mass production. Way faster than using a jigsaw. I highly recommend these for anyone doing wood working

The Big Horn 19604 Brass Router Bushing Set works great for my various woodworking projects. The OD's are correct and it fits securely in my router base (note: I have a replacement base). The only issue I have is that the bushing nut is easy to cross thread and bind, after which it is no good. Fortunately the set comes with two as I cannot find the nut by itself.

The quality and fit of the guides seem pretty good. no complaints there. The box is nice for storage but its a crap box. The lid on mine was broken out of the box, plexiglass cracked and broken and one side of the lid fell off. For the price I wasn't expecting a quality box but it would be nice if it could at least survive the shipment inside a box, inside a padded envelope

These bushings are very well made, with smooth working threads on all bushings and lock rings. They also came in a very nice wooden box for storage.The reason for 4,not 5, stars, is that outside diameter of the bushings was not given in the description, making the purchaser assume that they would fit the normal 1.375" (1 3/8") counter-bore of a router base plate. They did not, as they were approximately 0.001" to 0.002" oversize. But this was actually a good thing, as a snug fit is better than being too loose, I have a metal working mini-lathe, so it was a simple matter to make them fit precisely to my base-plate. Again more information would have helped my decision to purchase this set. The O.D. could also be easily adjusted using sandpaper and a drill motor, to achieve a custom fit. The other item about these bushings is the tall guide sleeve on the 3 largest ones, not sure on the reason for this. But,using a lathe, or any number of other means,and these could be modified as needed. In this case, more is better than not enough. So really, this is a great set to have and should deserve 5 stars, except for the missing detailed dimension information. The thickness of the lip of the bushings fit perfectly on my Craftsman base-plate, putting them just below the surface of the plate when the lock ring is tightened.
