The jack works well, only major issue is the locking pin. It’s not good quality. It doesn’t seat very well and will go sideways missing the hole, pretty annoying. I don’t have the trailer with me or I would add photos.The jack itself moves very smoothly. Installation was easy, took 15-20mim.

The jack is strong and does it's job well. Two reasons I gave it 4 stars is two things: 1) the pivot point has a lot of play in the mechanism so it feels loose and rattles when you swing up the jack. 2) The pin that holds the jack in place when you swing it up doesn't have a guide for the hole. You have to wiggle it around to get it in the hole.So it does the job but it's not 5 star.

The jack works great and was easy to install, the plastic cap on top of the gears got damaged in shipping as the packaging cardboard is thinner but was able to melt the plastic with a plastic welder and seal the caps crack up.

Easy to install, probably took 15 to 20 minutes. Wheel feels a little flimsy under the weight of the trailer. There's a little bit of play in the wheel assembly and the post. I would be careful to block the trailer wheels when loading and avoid any quick movements with heavy items as long as you have the jack down. This part is metal, but the wheel is plastic. I load and unload 4-wheeler everyday. It's not hard to imagine this giving way if you're too rough with it.One good note the crank works great. One of the easiest I have ever used.

Installed the jack for a few weeks now, it works great and it's easy to use the handle to jack up or down. I have a 20ft trailer and it was perfect for it. The only thing I hope it can improve is the smoothness of the wheel. I lubed it a bit to make it roll better. Will give it a 5 stars if that's improved.
