This barely lasted a year before the berings went bad. If you are ont the fence spend the few extra dollars and get the shimano

I purchased this bottom bracket to replace the existing cage bearings and spindle on a vintage Nishiki mountain bike. The new, sealed unit is very smooth and very quiet. I ride several thousand miles a year, so if it lasts two years I'll be very happy.

Out of the package it looked fine.. once installed it was another story. There was noticeable drag when spinning the cranks. I had to take it apart, and the drive side bearing was not seated properly. Once that was corrected it worked ok. I would not buy again.

I was replacing the worn out bb on my 2020 mongoose torment hd. I had other bearings in house, but none were narrow enough to line up my chain ring for the 1x conversion. This was SPOT ON.Hella cheap, effective, and exactly what I needed.
