Excellent for filling transmissions on older Gm! The small spout and flexible nozzle make this perfect to top off transmission fluid in my Silverado. The flexible portion could be shorter for this task but this is a far cry better than parts store options. No leaks and easy to clean up. Has a filter in the bottom of the funnel part which is a nice touch and also a tab to hang it from for storage or to drip dry.

This funnel is the PERFECT solution for reaching deep into your engine bay for filling thigs like transmissions on FWD/AWD vehicles like on Hondas. The funnel is VERY flexible too which makes it really easy to weave around any obstacles too! The threaded flex hose fits TIGHT to the funnel and does NOT leak at all! The outlet of the funnel is JUST over 1/2" so it may not work on smaller tubes though but has no issues fitting in the larger fill ports on transmissions. This would also work good for putting oil in some of the v6 Hondas that have the oil fill port that's slightly under the front core support plastic area! The screen will keep any crap from getting into your oil, not that there SHOULD be any in your fresh oil!

This is a great metal funnel. I like how it has the screen filter in the bottom, and the flexible spout. I have a couple engines that this is going to make adding fluids into so much easier. It's not a very big spout or funnel, so that's probably the only downside; it's not going to flow very fast. But it's going to help prevent spills and messes and since it's metal it will last for a lifetime. So far I'm very pleased and happy to recommend. It ships in 2 parts that you screw together; the funnel part at top screws into the flexible part at the base. So you could remove this if you didn't need the long flexible part to get faster flow.

My wife drives an Odyssey, and while they've gotten a stronger reputation today, they historically had some very shaky transmissions. Being an old guy who remembers this, I change her trans fluid every year (10K-12K miles) instead of waiting for the recommended 30K. This is just a simple 15-minute drain & fill, not a pan drop and filter replacement. To get the fluid in, you need a long, flexible funnel. The plastic one I'd used for years had gotten to the point where the tube would fall off of the funnel when I poured oil--not cool, so I needed a new one. This funnel worked perfectly. It bent into just the right shape, the hose screws on so it won't fall off, and it even has a screen in case debris falls in. It was also easy to take apart and clean when I was finished. Given that this is metal instead of flimsy plastic, I hope to never buy another transmission fluid funnel.

This Oil Change Funnel by Bilitools is a classic tool that makes adding fluids to your car simple and mess-free. This one has a few design changes that make it even better. For one thing, the hose screws off the funnel so that you can clean it and store it more compactly. It also has a hole for a hook to you can hang it when it's not in use. Once you have one of these oil funnels, you'll never want to go back to cheap plastic auto parts store oil funnels. There's no need to spray-and-pray with this baby; you can't miss with this generously size funnel and flexible hose.I have owned several of these funnels, and I've always had the same problem. They disappear. One day you go to get your funnel out of the trunk or the garage and it's just gone. These things are built to last a lifetime, if you can manage to hold onto it. They're definitely worth the money, you'll never regret owning it. You'll just miss it when it's gone. A+++.

I remember when the oil filling tube was readily accessible on most cars and tractors. Now they're placed for the convenience of the car designer, not the owner. The Bilitools Metal Flexible Oil Funnel makes it easy to add oil to any engine. It's made from heavy gauge steel, so it's durable and will hold up well whether you're adding oil to a tractor or a large truck. It has a built-in stainless steel screen filter to keep foreign particles out of your engine. The hose is flexible, and has a ferrule at the end to fit down the oil filler pipe. This is a great way to avoid messy spills when adding oil.

This is a good quality funnel by BILITOOLS. It has a smaller head on it than my old one, but it has a longer flex tube that can get into tighter spots than my old one, which is really nice. The head is made of zinc coated carbon steel that is of a good thickness, but I would have much preferred it if it were made of stainless steel. Oh well, it will probably last for many years before I have to worry about any rust related issues in my humid part of the country. There is a fine mesh screen that will filter out any larger objects that happen to fall into your oil or transmission fluid while you are pouring, such as insects, but it is not fine enough to filter out really small objects such as small metal filings or metal flakes. For that you will just have to be very careful to not let anything like that fall into your oil in the first place.I really like the overall quality of this funnel and I would feel good about recommending it to others.

This is a high-quality funnel, made from pretty thick steel. It comes in two pieces with the top screwing on to the tube when needed. You would think that might make it flimsy, but that's not the case, it's a solid well-built connection and it should hold up for many years. The tube itself is high quality also and is heavier than it appears in the picture. A nice touch in the funnel is that it includes a stainless-steel screen on the bottom of the funnel. My only concern would be how to clean it. It seems that is a single use funnel, so if you use it for engine oil, you will probably always need to use it for that single purpose because it's going to be hard to clean that long tube or get past that screen in the funnel. Overall, the best funnel I have ever used, and I do a lot of work on cars.
