Good price and easy to use. Not the quality for everyday use but great for occasional usage.

I used these clamps in two times: one to replace brake calipers and the other to replace radiator in a car that has ATF cooling lines. Both times these clamps served me well and worth the money. There were no leaks in both brake fluid as well as transmission fluid. The best thing is the design help to make sure there is no dents or scratches or damages to the lines. In fact, if you are worried, you can put a cloth between the clamp and the line for maximum protection, but in my case, this was not necessary. There is a variety of sizes to choose from for multiple lines. The grip is great. Recommended.

These work great for working on the mower clamping off the hose lines.

A little disappointed. Fully clamped, and gas still flowed. Maybe made for bigger hose?

I used two of these the day I received them. One time each and both broke. The screw in the middle that holds together popped out of the plastic and could not be tightened up , it was stripped. Would not buy again.

Don't be fooled into thinking that because these are made of 'plastic' that they are not a quality tool. So far, I have found them very sturdy, and far easier to work with than the heavy metal ones I have in my shop.

This review is for: BILITOOLS Plastic Hose Clamp Pliers Pinch Off Pliers Straight & 90° Angled for Flexible Hoses Brake Hose.I had to do some brake-work on one of my cars and watched an on-line video on how to do it. One of the mechanics was shown using a plier-type hose clamp to prevent brake fluid from spilling out. Brake fluid is a vital fluid in most vehicles today, but it's got some nasty characteristics that make undesirable to spill on the skin, on the vehicle's finish and on the ground.I browsed Amazon to see what the offerings were. The hose clamp I saw on the tutorial brake-line repair video looked like it was of robust construction and made of metal. But, I decided to get this set as a start, since there was an array of 6 tools for ~$20. Even from the photos on the Amazon page, the tools looked like flimsy plastic. There were many reviews, though. Some confirmed fears that the product would break on first use. But, many of the reviews praised these hose clamps for being perfect for a number of tasks that required a hose clamp.Trusting in the positive reviews, I ordered this set and it arrived the next day...just in time to start work on the project. I had some doubts about the design. The plastic pliers had curved jaws that didn't look like they would provide a good pinch-point on a hose. Some of the pliers were clearly designed for hoses bigger than brake-hose and the reviews had indicated other uses for the clamps.I ended up picking what I think was the smallest clamp for the brake-hose I was working on. I don't do brake work very often, so I can't say my experience with the plier was conclusive. It seemed it pinched the hose enough that it didn't leak. If I'd worked on a bunch of hoses, I could come to a better conclusion. But, with just one hose under my belt, I can't say how effective it was. I don't regret buying the set, though. They will sit in my tool kit until I find another use for them.
