I finally got a chance to use this and absolutely love it. It is so easy to use and I love that this telescopes to a longer length if needed. It was super comfortable to hold and use. I had very good control of my cue when using.

I tightened the extender and now I can't loosen it. Even tried pliers and it's not budging. Now I'm worried I won't be able to get this thing off my cue.

I play in the APA league and really hate using bridges. Unfortunately my cue doesn't have an extension that can be easily put on without taking off the rubber plug on the end of my cue. This is a no go for me because I need that plug because I sometimes tap my cue on the table out of habit. So I needed something that could be quickly be put on and off. I've already had the chance to use this extension and I have to say it does exactly what I was looking for. Fits perfectly in the pocket of my case and I have figured out how to quickly put it on even with the reverse thread when tightening on the cue. I actually only play on bar tables and I still find that this tool is needed. So if you play in the APA and don't like using bridges, I would definitely recommend this device especially if you play on 9ft tables.
