Not the metal construction I was hoping for. I fully expect the plastic top lever to push while making the shape will break off at some point, rendering the expensive punch useless. I have other punches by same company that I have had many years, all metal construction with no plastic lever, that are still in good working order. Other wise , punch works..

Ha-I punched so many shamrocks/clovers for my St Pats cards that people probably think I’m a little nuts. Very sturdy, easy to punch and fun too!
