It takes some time to figure out how it goes together and may take a little strength. My husband has used various walking sticks over the years, and he was able to help me put it together, take apart, and figure which attachments I needed. He said it was a really good deal, considering it comes with two sticks. I tried out two of the foot attachments, and they really help to stabilize you.

they are perfect, weightless and very strong, I used them in my 60km race and they worked perfectly.

I've used these on several snowy hikes with no issues. Light weight enough to do some trail running in the snow when trails allow 10/10.

Way stronger than I thought they would be. They collapse and string together in seconds. Overall, excellent.

These seem like decent poles. The height is adjustable, they are collapsible, they come with a carrying pouch and various feet options. We have bad knees and hips, and we like to go on hikes. These help, especially when going uphill.

These are excellent hiking poles. Very well made, feel great in your hand and are easy to fold up and put out of the way. These feel sturdy and safe.excellent value.
