I purchased an 8ft stock tank from Tractor Supply and based on reviews this cover should fit perfect. When it arrived the installation was extremely easy and the adjustment of the strap to secure the cover made a tight fit to prevent the wind or anything from lifting it off the pool. It has helped with the yard debris that is being floated in the air while neighbors and myself cut grass which has helped with the maintenance. I would highly recommend this cover for your stock tank needs.

Would not use any other after using this cover. Hand pulls make it very easy to place on and off the tank. And the quality of the hand wench is great. Highly recommend for anyone with a polyethylene tank

The cover material is pretty thin, but it gets the job done. The wire cable and ratchet secure the cover tightly, so that probably addresses previous reviews about it coming off in the wind. I will likely use a pool pillow in there in the winter. It's a good cover for your stock tank tub. I just wish that higher quality options were available!

If I could give this product 0 stars I would. This cover does NOT hold up to the wind. Even tightened all the way down and anchored to the ground it pulls into the pool causing the pool water to come on top of the cover. I then have to refill the pool causing more unnecessary work. I would not purchase this again.
