Needed a cover to seal I heater vent on an outside wall. This cap fit well and I was able to stucco over it easily.Was quite surprised and pleased that the item was made in Canada….Bonus!

I ordered this to plug out chimney for summer here in Miami.Our fireplace is an old 70's Carosel with a 9 inch double walled chimney pipe, the interior of the pipe is 7 inches.This year we wanted to cap the chimney with in the hood.This cap fit perfectly with in the 7 inch pipe with about an inch sticking up above the edge.This was perfect to wrap with silicone tape to seal the pipe. I'm sure this will stop the hot humid air from coming down thie chimney this summer.
