About as sturdy as 28lb paper. They are fine if you are using them to frame a document, but not as a stand alone holder.

For the price, these are a good value. High quality card stock with a soft feel, lazer precise cuts. I used these for some certificates of appreciation I printed out and they gave them that added kick. Very nice. They also have hangers on the back, cut out, though i havent tried to use them, they seem they might work.
