I contacted the seller and they responded to me in less than 24 hours. I provided the photos and information requested by the seller and refunded my payment immediately. I used the Black Jack brand because my brother recommended it and uses it exclusively. He has never experienced a problem with it.The product was unusable. There was a 1/2 inch of liquid in the can when opened. The silicone roof patch had solidified and pulled away from the side of the can. The silicone roof patch was difficult to get out of the can and extremely difficult to spread. The silicone roof patch had minimal viscosity.Unfortunately, the product is not returnable. I have contacted the seller and I'm waiting for a reply. I want a refund of $80+ that I paid expecting a product that would actually work as described.If I receive a reply from the seller I will update this review.If I don't receive a reply I will include that information in the review.

The roof sealant was already set when I opened the container. I don’t know if the product froze or is that old but I threw the container away and will get my own in town
