RATCHET LOCKS keep your drum lugs tight! The 2 piece ADJUSTABLE ratcheting mechanism makes sure it will ALWAYS press against the hoop.
The 8 point star pattern is a combination of 2 squares that are slightly different in size. This means RATCHET LOCKS will fit SNUGLY on your drum's lugs even if they are slightly undersized or oversized.
