The wood lids and base are finished beautifully. Very smooth with a velvety feel, no dings or uneven bits. I bought the black containers. Love the smooth finish of these as well. They're sturdy and hold plenty of our favourite seasonings. And the seller packed these so well I think they could even survive a trip through Air Canada baggage handling...The spoons were not quite as pictured; the three we received are a pale-coloured bamboo that didn't really go with the set (similar to the colour of chopsticks at a decent restaurant). We happened to have a set of small wood spoons that matched the tops and base pretty well, so we swapped those out.

Loved the those and color and the little tray using it for sugar and Cramer powder The only thing that would be a5 star for me is if the lids were made of glass instead of the wood. The wood is pretty but too light weight and slide around too easy and also don't like the intention for the spoon impractical. .. Messy .. And kinda cheap looking/ Who wouldn't pay a little more for something nicer than the usual./ I have a feeling all of these types are made the same way. Shame that they could be a little better made! That's a hint to help guys !! Love the ceramic only had them a couple of days. Hope they hold up!!

First off, aesthetically I love this set. I use it in my coffee station for creamer and sweeteners. Came packaged nicely so nothing would be broken. My only issue is the spoons are pretty shallow so they basically aren’t functional for anything you’d need more than half a tsp for. Just to keep in mind!

This is by far one of the best purchases I’ve made! I am more than ecstatic with this set! I was looking for a set that had 3 containers, dark brown & black in color, specific dimensions and had to be big enough to store good amount of sugar, powder cream and Splenda so that I didn’t have to refill every 2 days! And Voila! This set had everything I was looking for! The detailed description was very helpful and is exactly as described! And most importantly, It looks absolutely beautiful on my kitchen counter next to my Jura coffee machine!There was a slight problem with my order but when I contacted the seller, he more than rectified the issue. I ordered the black set and in the photos it showed the lids matching the base and spoons. My spoons aren’t the dark wood they are unfinished wood and one has a chip. The base is unfinished. Can someone please reach out to me to send the the right base and spoons. Once that is remedied I will change my review.
