It was obvious that someone had returned this and then Amazon sent it to me. All the hardware was loose in the package and I'm missing a washer, no instructions although it isn't hard to imagine how to put them on. Really looks cheap when you put them on the motorcycle. I was looking for something to dress up the lower forks, but this isn't what I needed
