Structure description:
Since the chair handle has a hollow design, the hollowed out position in the middle of the chair will be weaker.
It is not recommended for heavy adults to step directly in the middle when using it.
The safe way to use it is to pull the two sides to the slot and then step on both sides of the upper end of the chair.
Tips for use：
When using, please pull both sides of the chair to the slot until the surface of the chair is flat.
A slight recovery on both sides is normal and will not affect normal use.

I wouldn’t consider this stool safe at all and I’d say with almost complete certainty that this wouldn’t nicely hold over 100lbs, so it definitely wouldn’t hold up to 300lbs. I’m under 100lbs and I don’t feel safe using this stool. I wouldn’t recommend it. There are much better, safer, cheaper options out there. It feels flimsy for a step stool, it doesn’t lock, it doesn’t click together fully either. It feels like it could collapse any second. Not good.

This is a folding step stool that is 9 inches in height when set up. I like that it folds flat, and is then only 1 1/4 inches in width, making it easy to store. It unfolds and folds up quite easily, making it handy to use. It has grips under it’s feet, making it less likely to slide. The product web page list the capacity of this stool at 300 pounds, and being suitable for both children and adults. I tried standing on this stool, weighing approximately 150 pounds. I immediately noticed that the top of this stool flexed downward, and it made me feel nervous about standing on it. I own a different folding stool that is similar in style, but it feels sturdy when I stand on it, and has no flex. I therefore don’t recommend this stool for someone at or above my body weight, but perhaps it would be suitable for lighter weight individuals.
