I love this thing! Perfect for many uses when I’m cooking on my Blackstone. From utensils to spices, and even bringing in the food. I like how it’s dishwasher safe and the two pieces fit together nicely for multiple uses and to keep food warm.

I was using a cookie sheet before to transfer my BBQ meat back and forth. Having these two stackable surfaces was exactly what I didn't know I needed. I was looking for something to make my trips between the grill and fridge easier and this was it.

This has made grilling on my griddle so much easier.No more dealing with two platters of food.Instead of heading outside with two plates one for protein and another for vegetables, I place the protein and vegetables into the bottom red deeper tray as it is large enough and place the black tray on top like a cover . I heat up the grill then swap them I put the black tray on bottom Red food tray on top . Then put my food onto the grill . Then swap them again , I put the clean black tray on top of red to have a clean non contaminated tray for the cooked food .May sound crazy but try them they’re great . Not too small they hold a good amount of food. You can marinate in them too .Heat resistant next to the griddle too. Wash up easily .
