The picture gives the impression that there is a cover for the top and bottom of the sifter. It only hasa cover for the bottom. In addition, the flour sifter is very small. I should have read the product details more carefully. One cannot get much flour or other sifting ingredients in at a time. The product, overall, was also not made that well. Although this product was not "expensive," it was too much for what it is.
