This product receives five stars and rightfully so. It has been a blessing, I suffer from high blood pressure and this machine has been the best.

The cuff actually fits my slender arm. There was concern because it’s made for large people. The voice I can hardly hear. I have no idea what I will encounter when battery dies. For now, I’m satisfied. Wish Id got it sooner. The wrist ones are a waste of time. Threw out several.

I am totally blind and I tried this thing out. It worked and talked the first time. After that the voice stopped talking. Since the majority of the monitor functions do not talk I can't fix the voice. Furthermore, the instructions are not in an accessible. They are in print. The product claims to be good for the visually impaired. It's useless! I will never ever buy from greetmed products again. They are absolutely horrible. I have to purchase another fully talking monitor. I guess this one is going in the trash. It's too inconvenient to take it to the post office to send it back.

Greetmed Blood Pressure Monitor (BPM) Upper Arm Automatic Talking Blood Pressure Cuff is fairly inexpensive for a rechargeable BPM. The numbers are consistent and seem reasonable. I was able to disable the Voice function by reading the set-up instructions. This model costs a little more than the others with replaceable batteries but it is worth it because the permanent Lithium battery is easily rechargeable with the Type C USB. Replacing the batteries was always a hassle on previous BPMs I used. It takes quite a bit of power to pressurize the cuff, so even alkaline batteries were expended after a few dozen uses. The instructions indicate it can be used entirely with USB-C alone if the battery runs down, although I would probably let it charge for a few minutes first. There is an interesting paragraph in the instruction manual recommending running the battery all the way to zero every few months then fully recharging to "refresh" the battery. I will wait until there is a problem get the cuff to pressurize before I try that. The instructions also say a battery symbol will be displayed when it is time to recharge. I will use that feature to ensure I don't charge it too often and wear out the battery.
