To adjust the sound, ensure the device is off. Press the L key for 1s until the user flashes on the screen. Then, hold L for 5s until the year flashes. Keep pressing L until ‘SP-ON/OFF’ appears. Finally, press M to adjust the sound settings.

The product it itself is alright and worked ok. I bought this for my parent to be able to take daily blood pressure readings and getting the cuff on accurately if doing it yourself. I even found myself having difficulty getting the cuff of this blood pressure machine on for another person. Other than that aspect everything seemed to work accurately for the few times used.
