Your cart is empty.Candelabra Hydrangea is a cold hardy deciduous shrub prized for its enormous clusters of fragrant creamy white to blush pink, cone-shaped blooms that mature to a rosy red color by the end of summer. This beauty provides a long bloom period from summer to fall. Candelabra has a superior form and its sturdy stems are showy deep red in the winter, adding to the 4 seasons of interest. Sturdy and upright habit, its strong stems will ensure these reblooming large flower panicles will not droop and will mature to 4 to 6 feet tall and as wide. Lives in zones 3-8 and prefers full sun to partial sun or at least 5 hour of direct sunlight. It also likes moist, acidic soil that drains well. This is a deciduous shrub. Plants shipped November through March will arrive dormant, may not have foliage. Plants shipped April through October will arrive green or in bloom.

It's tremendously hot and humid here, so I was worried about how they would arrive. But I was amazed. They arrived quickly and thriving so much already. I have planted them, and they are genuinely thriving at home now. I am eager to get more once the heat goes down a bit.

I took a chance. Who would think about ordering live plants from Amazon? Not I. However, I just finished planting 4 of the most beautiful shruvbs. Ther arrived quickly and packed well. Thety come packed laying on their sides. I thought that was odd, but great thinking. the blant's branches are protected from crushing.I ordered on of these shrubs from an online company. It was in a 2 gallon pot, not 3 like these, and the price was much higher. about 20 dollars each.I took a chance and it paid off. I am now going to order more from this company. Love them!THe shrubs are about 24" tall. the diameter of the base trunk is about the size of a half dollar. The branches are plentiful and well leafed. Like I said before, very beautiful plants.

The plants have not bloomed yet, but….. These plants arrived looking healthier than the ones I just purchased from local nursery!!! The packaging was awesome. Box was damaged and the delivery person told me to open box before he left to make sure the plants were ok…… They were strapped in and gorgeous!!!! I will do an update with pictures when they bloom!!!!
