I don’t have an expensive wedding machine, and have tried many different brands of electrodes!I finally tried theses Blue Demons and they start very easily burn great and produce a beautiful weld!! I now purchased the 7024/7014 and 6013 all impressed me with their ease of use and strength, which I did test.

Does not like to restrike at all. Leaves flux coating over the end just like a 7018. I don't know. Forney 3/32 work way better.

First time buy. First time welder. Seam to be. A quality product..low splatter nice burn. Looks like quality weld. Looks and test it's something professional do. But I beat it tried to break a test piece. Didn't fracture. So ill buy again..learning stick welding Temps I went from 60..to 120amps. See how it works think 110 is hot enough for good puddle weld. Plate Steel. No pipe yet..

One of the better 6013 sticks out of many different 5 lbs boxes I have tried. Leaves clean bead runs without a bunch of splattering or slag everywhere. Sticks are properly sealed up against moisture because it had a good inside protective bag. Worked very well with my 220v AC Lincoln tmbstone welder.

These rods showed up on time, and are packaged in a foil wrapper that kept them nice and dry. They work pretty good for my 120V buzz box, running 80A DCEP with 5' cables and better clamp and stinger than what came with the box. That said, I think they would do just fine with the stock cables and stinger, they don't seem to run out of power. I have been welding 1/8" to 3/16", obviously these don't chew through the 3/16" but they do pretty go for what I need. I have welded vertical and horizontal lap and butt, no upside down stuff. Much better than the Hobart 1/16" 6013!!! A welcome change from those Hobart slag makers. Hard to go wrong with the price, 5lbs will last you a while.

Utilicé una soldadora de 110v, superó por mucho mis espectativas, 100% recomendable, el empaque viene bien sellado y trae bolsa adicional del empaque exterior para evitar la humedad, también trae un tubo de cartón para proteger los electrodos, así como capuchones para proteger las puntas de los mismos.

While it's not 6011, it is compatible with my little sparkler 110 welder.I didn't find that it was much different than the stuff I purchased elsewhere, but this is a better value for the dollar.I suppose I should purchase more of it before it disappears from Amazon.

I like Blue Demon welding products.. a lot, however im not as happy as i would like to be with this 5/64 6013 rod. Box label says 25-60 amps, added pink sticker says 115-125 amps for optimal performance. I am leaning towards the more than 70 amps sticker. I was able to burn this rod on a small HF 70 amp AC welder, with OK results, but not as easily as the Forney 5/64 6013 rod. This rod seems a little finicky on the HF 70 amp machine.. acts like a 3/32 rod, it needs a few more amps, maybe 80 amps, IMO. I will continue to buy and use Blue Demon products, even this one, despite it being made in china, i think its a good rod overall...at just more than 70 amps, almost forgot, welds look good and the (heavy)slag removal was a breeze. UPDATE: Burned this rod in a lincoln ac/dc 225/125 buzz box and a 160amp inverter welder ..70-80amps with decent results. Im thinking the smaller diameter lead wires on the HF 70amp AC welder restrict the current flow a little. Burned about 2.5lbs of this rod so far, i would buy it again, when I need more
