Despite my immediate turn-off from any "As Seen on TV" hype, I decided to take a chance on this pan. I was pleasantly surprised by the durability and how nothing sticks to it.

My one complaint is that it's TOO non-stick so trying to break up the ground beef with my spatula for chili or flipping shrimp over for cooking is difficult without the food trying to escape.Easy to clean. VERY non-stick. Good pan overall.

Inside coating seems very durable, but is not really non-stick at higher temps. Pan searing a steak will result in adherence of some of the browning to the pan, which will then burn on. Soaking and a nylon scrub pan restore it to original condition, but it's really only non-stick at omelet level temperatures.

VERY nonstick and I love it. I am chasing my food around the pan trying to flip it, but it just keeps running away because the pan is so slippery. Nothing will stick to this. Not burned on food, not cheese, nothing. It is excellent. AND it's my favorite color!I do wish it came with a lid though.

Keep a low-flame, do not "freeze-flash" it with cold water after use or use abrasive scrubs while cleaning, and this one will hopefully last you a long time. I bought my last pan a couple two-years ago and it's still working great. I've had several other pans from other companies that only lasted 3-6 months, even when I was careful to follow the instructions.

I have been trying to find a non-stick sauté pan for a long time. I finally did.This pan is just amazing. Nothing sticks to it. Clean up is a breeze, just a quick soapy wash and it’s done.I have a cast iron skillet and it can’t do the job this pan does. I get a great sear on steaks and hamburgers which I didn’t get with the cast iron.The pan heats evenly with no hot spots. I honestly think it has shortened my cooking time because it is so efficient.I use only silicone utensils when cooking with it. I know it says you can use metal utensils but honestly I’m afraid to damage it.Another feature that I especially love that the handle stays cool to touch when using it.I plan on buying additional pieces.
