First thing to know , the wire on the end isn't plastic , its a cable , seems really solid and has a swiveling action when the weapon is supported . I found it a little long for my application , but i have a strange setup. , not there fault . Color is real good on the tan , its flatter tan than the picture shows, a excellent replacement for my tried and true leather sling . Price is up there , but well worth it.

This sling feels as if it was purpose built for an Ak rifle. It is exactly what you want for your rifle. It adjusts with ease and provides secure weapon retention.

I just wanted a nice sling for my adorable little Draco so I snagged one of these. You really can't go wrong with Blue Force. They're wide, very sturdy, very comfortable, and I love how easy to adjust they are while you're wearing them. Blue Force got the formula down just right. It doesn't ever slide out of position like some other slings do, yet it's just so ridiculously easy for the user to adjust. They make an AR sling too which I also have one. I recommend them over any other slings and I have a few from other brands as well.

First off, I desperately wanted to give this five stars, but didn’t solely based on how expensive it is! Look, it’s easily the best ak sling on the market. It’s built from quality materials, it does exactly what you want it to do…. But given it’s extremely high price it should do all this without question and possibly a little more. A great adjustable sling.., but expensive!

Bought this one because I like the black colored hardware as opposed to the coyote tan or the OD green hardware. You can actually take off the metal wire attachment end and use it for any platform assuming you have other attachment hardware like QD swivels. I love the pull adjustment tab, makes mounting the platform readily fast onto your person. Blue Force Gear does not disappoint with this sling.I would also watch Larry Vickers’ video on YouTube of how you use the slings if you are a beginner to this(like I am). Knowing the proper mounting points on your platform makes a difference of how the ergonomics work for you.
