The tow bar itself I would Give 4 stars. The towbar is very durable I tow my car 100,000 Miles a year I do it as a business . The complaint I have is that blue ox does not honor their warranty if you purchased a towbar through Amazon this really sucks. It’s irritating because the products new and where you buy it has nothing to do with a malfunction . I had a clever that adjusts the arm fall off because an Allen screw worked its way out . Blue Ox is sending me a new one but they could of required me to pay for it. I think it cheesy that the warranty is void .

We tow a 1 ton pickup about 6,500 miles per month. This product works well for us and has allowed us to tow with confidence and do it safely as well.
