I bought this product to use at work while driving or using tools. It was recommended to me by a friend who has one. So far, it has performed quite well. The unit fits comfortably and the sound quality is very good. The headset was 19.99 when I bought it and it’s certainly worth at least twice that.

The sound was fine, but no it doesn't do any kind of caller ID or announce incoming number. I didn't keep it long enough to know what kind of battery life it had. I couldn't wear it for more than an hour or two at a time it was just to uncomfortable. And I have other ones like this, I have had the Plantronics version and knock off versions for years. This one was just not comfortable at all. Felt like I had a rock in my ear no matter how I turned it and which bud I put on the end.

This thing looks okay, but it doesn't sit well on my ear with any of the included earpieces. it always flops around.But worse, far worse, is the fact that it mostly just doesn't work. It has a range of about 16" in clear space before it starts to break up. I started out trying to use this with my phone in my back pocket. Wouldn't hold on to Bluetooth for more than a few seconds.Moved to keeping my phone in my shirt pocket to try to keep them connected (this is not comfortable if you've ever tried it) but even shirt pocket isn't close enough. Finally started wearing my phone on an arm band all day in a desperate attempt to keep this functioning. But if I walk and swing my arms, it connects and drops again with every arm swing.Basically, it has not enough range to actually be useful for anything. About 16 inches unobstructed, or if you place a book in between the headset and the phone, about 3-4 inches before it breaks up.Chucking this in the bin and trying something else, I just can't make it usable.

From the beginning of the lockdowns until present-day, I've been working-from-home and doing meetings virtually, and I've gone through a few different headsets. This is my latest one, and I LOVE this one over all others I've tried, and wish I had started off with this!It's so lightweight and comfortable over the others, and I even sometimes forget I'm wearing it. Sound quality and volume are excellent, both for me as a listener, and for others who hear me speak. I'm even happy with the videos I've recorded where I'm providing the voice-over/narration. The default spongy/foamy earpiece wasn't ideal, but it comes with a few different rubber earpieces, and I found one that's snug and comfortable. Comes with a really nice carrying case and instructions, but I probably won't have a use for the case, and didn't need the instructions since pairing/use of the headset was quite intuitive and easy.I've paired this one with my iPhone as well as my PC which I use for Google Meets and other conferencing. I like that it says "Connected, Connected" when I power it on, indicating that it's connected to both my PC and my iPhone. With my other headsets, there was only a single tone/connection indication, so I couldn't always be assured it had connected to both devices. It of course can't be used simultaneously, but it switches between the two devices nicely, so I can leave it on all day if I choose to. If I walk down the block to pick up my mail, and the headset disconnects from my PC, it re-connects seamlessly when I'm back in range.On some weeks a full charge lasts me the full week, but usually I charge up twice. a week. I've never had a surprise where I was on the last bit of charge since the charge-level indicator on my phone and desktop provide a good guideline on when I'll need to charge.

My previous experience with similar product was sad - its mic was weak, couldn't use it for calls, I could only use it to listen news and music, but the battery lasted no more than a few hours. Its BT protocol was 5.0 and didn't want to connect with my new cellphone that had BT 5.2. And then it finally broke.So, I chose this item, looking at the user reviews and seeing it has BT 5.2 also. And this is where I was surprized: the product is amazingly sturdy, sound quality is excellent. I tested the microne by calling a few friends - eveyone said the sound was loud and clear! Finally!Bluetooth 5.2 protocol allows for a quick and stable connection. Apart from all this, its battery life is surprizingly long: this thing can last more than a couple of days non-stop! Incredible!Excellent product! Thank you guys!

Absolutely thrilled with my new wireless Bluetooth headset! The sound quality is impeccable, delivering crisp highs and deep lows. This is a very nice bluetooth headset! I had to replace a different one that broke and surfed through so many reviews to find one that isn't over priced or too cheap AND with good reviews. I'm a skeptic at best anyway of the good and bad reviews that I find, yet decided to take my chance with this one as I do like how it looks. I can say without reservation that I am VERY pleased with this headset. It has a good range so I can be in one room with my phone in another. I do not have to keep my phone in hand or pocket at all times while moving around which for me a super huge plus! The battery life so far seems to be great, I don't have to charge it after an hour or two of use, which is huge for me. It is comfortable to wear AND the voice quality is superb! I don't have to repeat myself or ask the person I'm on the phone with to repeat themselves or strain to hear them. I bought another as a gift and the recipient is over the moon with the gift. He is absolutely loving it. This was definitely a well worth it purchase for which I will not hesitate to recommend to family or friends.

I just wanted to do a quick review on this Bluetooth head set. It has amazing range and clarity. I am driving or working on equipment all day long and have a tone of battery life. It makes it way easier to be hands free and get work done. It is easy to connect and never drops out.The design is a little big but it is very comfortable and functional. The clarity on both ends are good and clear with no static or garble.I would highly recommend this to people that need a quality Bluetooth headset, with long battery life.

I bought this headset to complement my excellent but expensive Plantronics UC 5200 which is starting to have issues due to continuous use. I work on professional video conferences and sound quality is extremely important. I really wasn't sure what to expect with this cheaper headset, I'm super picky, but with the great reviews I read here, I decided to give it a shot.YES, this headset's sound quality is really that EXCELLENT. I often switch headsets, for example when the battery is depleted, and people tell me the quality of this one is as good as my very expensive UC 5200, which is the best headset I have. I also tested it in a noisier environment and in wind, it looked like it did a good job, even though I can't vouch its performance in all environments, but for me it's plenty good enough.Unfortunately the headset has a small ridge along the piece that sits behind the ears. Visually and by touch is seems like a minor detail, but as some other users reported, that ridge really hurts the back of my ear after wearing it for a while. I think they just overlooked this in the design, a smooth surface would have probably avoided the issue altogether, but the way it's designed, it hurts, so I can't give it 5 stars. I'll see if I can get used to it, or perhaps add some tape protection to that ridge to see if that helps.

Bought a pair a couple of weeks ago to work from home and pair with my cell phone. I had no issues setting it up. It works great for that, the sound quality is great for both you and the listener. Has a few different size ear cushions so you can find your best fit. Not sure if it's just me, but I get annoyed after a couple hours on a single ear so I just switch it around and put it on my other ear and keep on working w/o issues. The battery life is great, haven't gotten it to die yet after using it 3-4 hrs hours at a time. I just put it back on the charger when I'm not using it and like that it uses a usb type-C.The case is great. It's not hard plastic but it definitely protects it from any damage. It also has a small fitting where the headset locks in place inside the case. It does not charge the headset however so keep that in mind b/c you'll have to charge it directly. Havent really tried the noise cancelling so I can't say anything about that.
