So far so good. Wish the charging cord was longer. I have an Android phone and none of my power cords work. Callers can still hear background noise, just not as much. I find it comfortable to wear and I can clearly hear who I'm talking to.

I have ordered a few of these over the past few years. They work great and so does the one that I have now except for one flaw. In the past when I’ve used my earpiece to speak my text messages, I would always hear a beep to let me know it was time for me to start speaking. This time around that’s not happening. At first, I thought maybe there was a change with the headset because it’s been a few years since I purchased one. But all of a sudden today when I hit my mic button, I got the beep to let me know it was time to start talking. I turned the mic off and when I turned it on again, I got the beep again. I repeated the process for third time and there was no beep. That tells me that there is a flaw in the headset. I’m sending it back.
