I installed this into a project guitar and it worked ok. I changed it out for a resonator pickup that worked much better for about 40 dollars.

Keep in mind this pickup is a replacement. If your bridge isn't cut for a under saddle pickup already it will be too shallow in most cases.

Had to use the soldering iron. Installation not to difficult. Used the same pre-amp.Very happy with the sound.
