Got one, installed it only to have it leak. Sent it back, got another one it leaks too. Tech support was no help even though they answered e-mails quickly. I love this product and would keep it and rate it 5 stars if it did not leak.Leaks internally about an ounce of water every 3-4 hours.

I installed this unit for the kitchen sink due to the fact it took forever for the water to reach any kind of hot at the faucet.I routed the hot water line into the tank to boost the water temperature . It works great. For the first time in my life I have instant hot water at a faucet. I don't know how much water I am saving exactly but it has to be in the range of 50 gallons a day.

I'm remodeling my farmhouse, and I wanted a water heater for the upstairs half bath I'm putting in, so I thought I would give this a try. Excellent choice. This water heater is well made out of good quality materials. Fit and finish are good. Installation is easy. Works well. Highly recommend. 5 stars.

Nice small water heater. Easy installation and very simple controls to get you the water temp you need. Have been happy with this so far.

It works fine so far. In use now for several weeks and i now have hot water nearly instant at kitchen sink. 2.7 gallons is just enough to not let hands freeze till hot water comes in from main heater tank. Now when it comes to installation you will run into a snag with the threads they are ROUGH, I had to clean mine with tap n die set. at first you may think, aww these threads are not standard OR metric... they are standard but ROUGH. so clean the threads, use at least 5 windings of Teflon tape and nothing will leak.

First off the cords only 2ft not 3 and the height is not under 14in it’s more like 16 before the pressure release vale is even on which is sad becomes I needed a water heater with very specific dimensions to fit in a tight space and the fraudulent size of the unit kept me from installing it

My new kitchen sink was taking almost 3 minutes to hit 110 degrees. All I had to do was connect the hot water source to the cold water intake on this heater and connect the outgoing line to the faucet. When the house water heater eventually catches up, this small water heater just passes hot water through without consuming power.
