I clean residential and commercial spaces. I also mop my own house twice a week. I feel like if you prefer flat mops already- you'll LOVE this one. The quality of this mop matches the price and it will absolutely last a long long time. It has a really long handle, really like the microfiber pads it comes with, the design to dispense the floor cleaner is genius and doesn't end up hurting your hand/ thumb like other bucketless flat mops, and overall it's easy to use and quicker than other mops.My 2 complaints which don't take away from this mop, I'm still buying another one! 1. It's heavier than others, which makes sense because it's not made of plastic and 2. the handle doesn't break down. Since I am a cleaner that would've made a huge difference in loading & unloading it when traveling to different locations.
