This product is the best out there for marine applications, been using for years. All my screws are imbedded with this, as well as through hulls, and helm sealing.However, my order delivered was produced 3/23. According to manufacturer product expiration is 1 year from stamped date.UPDATE, SELLER IS REPLACING PRODUCT AFTER SEEING PHOTO OF EXPIRED PRODUCT RECEIVED

I have used this product on boats for over 20 years and it has never failed me, always tools out nice, relatively fast initial set so keep up with it. . Have used it as a bedding for fittings above and below the waterline. I have used it to seam seal windows, rubrails etc. good adhesion and sealing. Prep is key to any good job, so if you take pride in your work this product will show it.

used to use Boat Life back in the day when I built sailboats professionally; now use it for all the toys in my retired life - seal it once and forget it (where with straight Silicone, you'll have to re-do it every year, at least)

I purchased two tubes of this Boat Life Lifeseal for Fiberglass and ordinarily it is a good product. I had used it before with good results but these two tubes were already partially cured...in the tube. Needless to say...I was not happy. The price was right but if the product is defective...it's not a good deal. It would cost more than the product is worth to send back so in the future I will purchase locally and squeeze the tubes before buying. The problem with buying inexpensive things on-line is the cost to ship in case a product return is needed.If the supplier reads my comments perhaps they should check their stock to ensure other tubes are not partially cured and if so...return to the manufacturer.
