Sourced this for alternate boat use due to having multiple conventional water-resistant actuators go out from eventual water intrusion. This just works so much better because it was manufactured with prolonged water submersion in mind. I have to say this is the better starting point for any actuated boat projects. It comes with some starter bolts and connector ends. Achieving 500 lb of force on 12V really limits the selection in waterproof actuators, highly recommend this if 2.25" of stroke or so is what you need.

This is a seriously well built actuator that can take the pounding chop of cresting a wave and dropping into the trough. The Deutsch connector is becoming my new favorite. I just wish this came with the tab and transom mounts also, or at least they were available separately.
