I absolutely love this nose ring! It is definitely 100% gold! It is not the cheapest of nose rings on the market but you get what you pay for! It’s real so spending 22$ on a nose ring was a no brainer. The description of this item was 100% on point. I usually struggle with nose rings because when I got my nose pierced when I was 16 the artist pierced my hole almost on an angle instead of straight in, so little studs always come out and other nose rings are too skinny or too big and many other issues. This nose ring is slightly tiny but once it’s in it’s perfect. Go get you one!!!

My skin is very sensitive and I am pretty sure this is gold. That said I wore this ring for a few days and replaced it with a clicker. I found that I was constantly adjusting it, sliding the ball end to hide back inside. I'm just not a big fan of these twist open designs and find them very difficult to put in, difficult to close and difficult to wear.The clicker hoops are superior in every way. The one good thing I can say about this is the metal is decent and I will have it if I need it, and it does look cute when it's not sliding out.

The hoop fit my nose perfectly, but I kept waking up with the jewelry off or almost off of my nose. The opening is wider than the thickness of my nostril so it fell down the drain while I was washing my face. Very good quality nose ring but it did not work for my nose in particular.

UPDATE: Despite my issues with the jewelry, the seller contacted me after my review was posted and issued a refund. Great customer service is worth noting and I certainly appreciate that they did that.Original review:I had my nose pierced with a stud and 5 weeks later, replaced it with this ring. Within a week, a bump next to my piercing formed. At first it was small and then it grew, and grew. I cleaned it, soaked it in salt water, all the things they tell you to do. I looked like a witch with a wart on my nose...for 6 weeks! Finally I went to a different piercer (I’d seen a dermatologist and my original piercer). He right away said my nose was infected. He asked about the jewelry and where I got it. He told me it was poor quality and was causing the irritation and infection. Then he cleaned it up and replaced it with a surgical steel hoop. It’s been less than 48 hours and my bump is almost gone! While this jewelry is cute and I loved how it looked, it clearly was not working for me. It’s possible that once it was totally healed I could then put it back in but, given the circumstances, I trashed it and will opt to buy a solid gold hoop from a jeweler. Because, let’s face it, that wasn’t the look I was going for!
